Message from the CEO
I am pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement to merge with Aozora Investment Management Co., Ltd., a member of Aozora, scheduled for April 1, 2026.
In advance of this merger, we conducted a partial review of our operations and made the decision to terminate new sales of financial instruments in our financial instruments intermediary service with Aozora Bank, Ltd. as of May 14, 2025.
Meanwhile, we will re-double our efforts to further expand our securities investment consulting services for regional financial institutions, the other main area of our business operations.
In the new company, which is scheduled to launch in April 2026, we will strengthen our consulting services for regional financial institutions. Rest assured that we will continue to support the retail customers who have purchased financial instruments from Aozora Securities Co.,Ltd.
