Message from the CEO

We would like to begin by expressing our sincere appreciation to our customers and other stakeholders for your continued trust, loyalty, and support over the years.

As previously announced, we have reached an agreement to merge with Aozora Investment Management Co., Ltd., a member of the Aozora Bank Group, and are currently proceeding with preparations for a planned merger date of April 1, 2026.

Ahead of this merger, we have undertaken a partial review of our business operations and, as of May 14, 2025, have ended sales of new financial instruments offered through financial instruments intermediary services with Aozora Bank, Ltd. That said, we will continue to pursue further growth in securities investment consulting services for regional financial institutions, another core pillar of our business.

Following the merger, Aozora Investment Management Co., Ltd. will continue its existing operations while also increasing its emphasis on consulting services for regional financial institutions. In addition, individual customers who hold products previously offered by the company will continue to receive service as necessary.
